COMPANY’S SECRETARY
Joan Uhebagwi is a Law graduate from the prestigious Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago- Iwoye, Ogun State. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011 and has over the years garnered a wide range of legal experience spanning across legal, Real Estate, corporate and commercial advisory services.
She is the secretary of Brooks Real Estate Limited and as such renders company’s secretarial services to the firm. She advises on differe nt commercial matters such as land acquisition, joint ventures and corporate governance in addition to reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and due diligence reports for and on behalf of the company.
